The project on "Monitoring regulatory and market developments for electronic communications and information society services in Enlargement countries" is a three year project funded by the European Commission and managed by Cullen International. A main objective of the project is to assist in monitoring progress by each South East European country toward integration of the EU internal market for electronic communications and information society services. For this purpose the project will produce four status reports, which will present a broad range of factual information on the national markets and how they are regulated in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo (under UNSCR 1244), the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Turkey.
