'Internet Platforms: To Regulate or Not To Regulate?'

July 16, 2015 – 3:30 to 7:30 pm (followed by a cocktail) - at the University Foundation in Brussels

The European Commission recently announced its Digital Single Market initiative, including a section on 'online platform’. The Commission text is not very specific at this stage but refers to issues such as transparency, use of information and data portability.

The seminar will be an opportunity for taking stock of how economics and competition law address the issue of platforms as well as for a debate between interested parties.
